Hey Guys and Gals,

I dont know if everyone has heard but the Virginia Off Road Series is having a Grand Finale on Oct 11, 2008 out at Camp Hilbert. The reason I am writing is that Jared and I need a little help.

We were wondering if Richmond MORE could assemble some member volunteers to help run the cookout portion of our event. In return, we will donate $100, maybe more if the event goes well, to the club for their help.

The cookout will begin at 11.30am and go til 1pm. We will take care of the food bill. We just need some friendly mtn biker folks to cook up some burgers and hot dogs, chips and such.

Jared and I have a lot to take care of before Oct 11 and greatly appreciate your help with the Cookout portion. I look forward to hearing back from you guys on this matter.
